Right to Dream (RTD) is a purpose-driven global football community of professional clubs and residential academies across Africa, Europe, and North America. Founded in 1999, RTD specializes in talent identification and talent development, creating opportunities for boys and girls to flourish both on and off the pitch. RTD’s unique model is built on three pillars: Football, Education, and Character. Every student-athlete follows one of two pathways: the football pathway, offering elite training and routes into professional clubs, or the education pathway, providing academic development and scholarships to leading schools and universities. In 2021, RTD was acquired by the Mansour Group, marking a new chapter in its global growth. RTD Egypt brings this vision to life through a residential academy in Badya, West Cairo, featuring state-of-the-art facilities that promote sporting and academic excellence and empower the next generation of Egyptian youth.
